FREE SHIPPING ON ALL WOODLAND WILDFLOWERS AND FERNS

All are either nursery propagated or wild collected under state or federal permit from land scheduled to be clear-cut or otherwise destroyed. The majority are nursery propagated, not because we have any particular objection to responsible collecting of non-endangered species that is done in a sustainable manner, but because it is simply cheaper to nursery propagate them. Wildflowers will be shipped bare root, either in early March or September to November when they are summer dormant; be sure and check your preference on the order form. We can not alter these wildflower ship dates. If the plants are not shipped before they break dormancy it is a problem to pack them, and they simply do not cold store once they start to break dormancy. If you cannot deal with plants that arrive in March then I suggest you opt for late summer shipment. Many plants ship better in fall. We generally have good supplies of most things and you can order any time however plants will only be shipped in early spring or summer dormant. We will continue to ship until it gets too cold.
